This is a one-hour, virtual training that will be hosted via Teams with Detective Shannon Almborg from Loudon County Sheriff's Office in Virginia (state). Attendance is welcome to MACIA members and non-members. 

Training Description: 

Learn how push notification tokens, the small, often-overlooked identifiers behind phone and app notifications, can become powerful investigative leads. This session will show investigators, analysts, and prosecutors how to detect, collect, and use push tokens and related metadata to identify devices, link users to accounts, and open new investigative leads.
